This is a dandy race scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, May 31 and June 1.
PEORIA, Illinois
This liquid super-speedway race 
location is dead center downtown in Peoria, IL. The dates are June 13 and 14, 2008. This race features a test session on Friday afternoon for the getting off work crowd. There is also a huge fair and lots of things for Mom and the kids to do while Dad checks out the 100+ mph racing action on the River.
MARIETTA, Ohio
This award winning race site features another beautiful downtown location on the banks 
of the Ohio River. Early birds will snatch up the rooms at the Lafayette Hotel within feet of the pit area and the Start/Finish Line. You may even be able to watch the racing action directly from you hotel room! If that is not enough, Marietta, home of Marietta College opens it's downtown streets for a street fair/pit area with music in the evening at local establishments.
