Sounds like a barn burner in Doha, Qatar as Jonas Anderson of Team Sweden takes his first F1 victory. The hometown fans were electrified at the great driving job by "hometown" lead driver, Jay Price (New Orleans, LA) drove from the fifth spot on the dock to bring home the brand new Team Qatar DAC hull in second place. David Trask of Australia finished third. The reigning F1 World Champion Sami Selio grabbed the fourth place spot and Itailian boat builder Guido Cappellini rounded out the top five finishers. They do battle again in Portugal on May 4th. Great racing across the pond! Time to start here in the States in a couple of weeks! Head on down to Highlands, TX for the Highlands Spring Classic.
Hey guys. The new site was fun to build. Keeps me busy while waiting for the racing season to start. Not much to talk about right now, but I am sure as we progress through the 2008 season, things will begin to heat up!
